Through guided activities and discussion, attendees will build confidence, clarity, and a personalized plan for integrating AI in ways that enhance work and not replace human expertise.

Every year we recognize an employee for Excellence in Support Service Award. In response to a request from the Central Hub about how NC Community Colleges define excellence, we decided to use this as an opportunity to redefine Excellence at Durham Tech. Our work continues to evolve as we continually strive to support student success, so must our definition of what it means to be excellent be reexamined.
