In this workshop, the VP's, Deans and Directors will be introduced to Clarity software (by FundFive) that will be used in the upcoming fiscal to manage their departmental budgets. This software will replace our current tool - "Self Service" and provides full functionality with Colleague systems.
After this training, participants will be able to:
Introduce: What Clarity can do, how it is organized and how to use the tool.
Learn how to enter departmental budget, transfer budget data, and reporting data.
Faculty and Staff will learn how to navigate the online travel system which is replacing the current paper system.
The class will illustrate how to: submit travel (local, in-state, out of state, out of country), request an advance, complete travel upon return, and travel close out.
Detailed training to go over the employee leave process from start to finish in the new leave system and answer any questions about the system.

Do’s and Don’ts; How to request an increase; What needs prior approval before purchasing; etc., the mandatory supportive documentation required if State contracts are not utilized, and other important updates.
