Pre-requisite: Completion of workshops 1, 2 and 3

NOTE: Durham Tech is working with an external consultant to migrate selected courses from Sakai to Canvas. Please check with your supervisor about the timeline for your course’s migration. It is recommended that your course content be migrated before you attend this workshop. 

Working with migrated content in Canvas is a new experience for everyone at Durham Tech. While migrated courses are not “ready-made”, with some simple steps, you can get your migrated content ready to launch. This workshop aims to provide guidance using Modules, Pages, Assignments, and the Calendar in Canvas to help you prepare your migrated content for your Summer and Fall 2023 course shells. You will also learn how to import your content from one course to another in Canvas. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be equipped to continue editing, organizing, and finalizing your course content for the upcoming semesters.
