The Intermediate Sakai online workshop covers skills that are essential for instructors who teach online and hybrid courses and that are useful for those who teach face-to-face classes as well.

The Intermediate Sakai workshop picks up where "Intro to Sakai" leaves off, providing in-depth instruction on important Sakai tools, including the new Gradebook, Forums, Assignments, Tests & Quizzes, and Lessons. For each tool, you'll learn how it functions from a student's view and how to set up and manage the tool as an instructor. You will also learn tried-and-true tips and "best practices" to help you use each tool effectively with your students.

The Intermediate Sakai workshop is offered online, allowing you to work at your own pace, whenever or wherever is convenient for you. To receive credit for the workshop you must satisfactorily complete all activities in all modules.
