2020-2021 PIP System and Outcome Writing

This training will cover how to use the PIP planning system that is how areas within the College plan outcomes and request funding for new projects. This training will also offer support and guidance for how to write S.M.A.R.T outcomes.

While this training is geared towards those at the planner level, it is open to budget managers, and administrators. 

You must have remote desktop access in order to use the PIP system.

Accessing Curriculum Course Evaluation Results in Evaluation Kit

This training will demonstrate how to access your curriculum course evaluation results in Evaluation Kit. The training will also include a how to on basic reporting features in Evaluation Kit. Please come with any questions that you may have. Particpants will receive a Teams invitation 15 minutes before the training begins.

 

This training will be most useful for Faculty, but also includes helpful information for Program Directors and Deans.

Records Retention and Disposition Training and Work Session

The College is working to come into complete compliance with the System's records standards. All employees who have received a Records Series Title assignment should attend this training and work session.

Planning (PIP) Sessions

These sessions are designed for individuals who are responsible for entering and updating outcomes into the PIP database (unit planners).  We will develop SMART outcomes for the 2019-2020 budget year. Bring your Academic Program Review (APR) or Service Area Review (SAR) final report and/or action plan, if you’ve completed the process.
