Self-Service Advisor Training

Streamline your advising processes and simplify course planning and registration for your students! Since Spring 2016, all incoming students should be advised in the college’s new Self-Service system. Participants in this training session will learn how to advise students in the new Self-Service web application. This includes helping students build course plans, approving course plans, archiving plans, and performing “What If?” program analyses. All advisors should plan to attend one of the new Self-Service Advisor Training sessions. You may have attended a training when Self-Service was first introduced but there are many updates that have occurred since those trainings.
