Facilitator: Dr. Cathy James-Springer, Director, Organizational Development and Learning.
Level: Intermediate (Level 2)
This interactive workshop introduces a simple practical way to evaluate how AI can support your daily work. Participants will explore three possible approaches to working with AI, thinking about automation, collaboration, and human-centered activities. Through guided activities and discussion, attendees will build confidence, clarity, and a personalized plan for integrating AI in ways that enhance work and not replace human expertise.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
- Explore frameworks related to intentionally adopting AI.
- Analyze their own job tasks to determine which tasks must remain human‑led, which can be automated, and which can be enhanced through AI collaboration.
- Create a personalized AI‑integration plan aligned with their role.
This is an intermediate-level workshop. It means that you must have a basic understanding of AI. If you are not sure about where you are, you can complete the Fundamentals of AI course before taking part in this workshop. Self-enroll by using this LINK.
