Working Smarter with AI: Integrating AI with intention.

Facilitator: Dr. Cathy James-Springer, Director, Organizational Development and Learning.

Level: Intermediate (Level 2)

This interactive workshop introduces a simple practical way to evaluate how AI can support your daily work. Participants will explore three possible approaches to working with AI, thinking about automation, collaboration, and human-centered activities. Through guided activities and discussion, attendees will build confidence, clarity, and a personalized plan for integrating AI in ways that enhance work and not replace human expertise.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  1. Explore frameworks related to intentionally adopting AI.
  2. Analyze their own job tasks to determine which tasks must remain human‑led, which can be automated, and which can be enhanced through AI collaboration.
  3. Create a personalized AI‑integration plan aligned with their role.

This is an intermediate-level workshop. It means that you must have a basic understanding of AI. If you are not sure about where you are, you can complete the Fundamentals of AI course before taking part in this workshop. Self-enroll by using this LINK.
