In this workshop, the VP's, Deans and Directors will be introduced to Clarity software (by facilitator Wellington Souza of FundFive) that will be used in the upcoming fiscal to manage their departmental budgets. The Clarity software tool will replace our current tool - "Self Service" and provides full functionality with Colleague systems. As a budget manager, Clarity give you a simple way to access and work with your financial data - helping you track your budget, understand changes, and support better decision-making. Attendees are encouraged to sign into their Durham Tech Colleague accounts for the training. Three sessions will be scheduled.
After this training, participants will be able to:
- Introduce: What Clarity can do, how it is organized and how to use the tool.
- Learn how to enter departmental budget, transfer budget data, and reporting data.
