This interactive workshop will provide valuable guidance and direction as you prepare to lead during the 2018-2019 year. This training opportunity is intended for current, incoming, and prospective council, committee, task force, and association leadership (chairs, vice chairs, and communication coordinators). You will leave the session with a better understanding of:
- Your role in supporting the College's infrastructure and strategic goals;
- The Council on Committees' role as a resource and support system;
- Effective meeting management; and
- Best practices, resources, and requirements.
