This interactive workshop will provide valuable guidance and direction to council, committee, and association leadership and all interested employees. The focus of this year's training will be Robert's Rules of Order; Tom Jaynes will share tips for managing meetings effectively and inclusively.

Attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of:

• How council, committee, and association leadership support the College's infrastructure and strategic goals;
• Effective and balanced meeting management;
• The Council on Committees' role as a resource and support system; and
• Best practices, resources, and requirements.
