Applying an equity lens is a process for analyzing the impact of policy and procedure design and implementation on under-served, marginalized, and diverse individuals/groups and identifying ways to reduce or eliminate barriers. During this interactive session, we will consider what we’re doing right and how we can improve. Participants will have an opportunity to review current policies and procedures and offer input on needed changes.
