Mid-Day Mindfulness Moments (2)

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is now being examined scientifically and has been found to be a key element in stress reduction and overall happiness. Join us as we engage in practices that can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety, and depression. These 30-minute sessions are designed to help us focus, observe, pause, and take a breath.
