By examining characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that most find immediately helpful and relevant. We are inviting team members who "HAVE NOT" attended an REI Phase 1 and Phase 2 session or a REI Groundwater session, to register for this 3-hour training.

We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there is such a thing as being too late. Procrastination is still a thief of time. Life often leaves us standing bare, naked, and dejected with a lost opportunity. This may well be mankind’s last chance to choose between chaos or community.”
