This course introduces employees to Informer 5 and some of the new features it has available. Informer 5 will be replacing Informer 4, so if you use Informer to get data, this is the course to attend.
A new system has been created to generate and process contracts electronically. During this session, we will demonstrate and train you how to use the new system. Select and bring id# for person currently under contract for 2020SP and notify the immediate supervisor you will be testing the new contract system. This session is limited to those who currently have print hourly contracts and have access to XPTC in colleague.
Intro to Outlook is a class for the beginner or for employees that would like a refresher. Topics include: Login, send mail, receive mail, using groups, signatures, and connecting devices/client.
You may have heard the term "Communications Management" and are wondering what, exactly, it is or how it is used in some of the departments across campus. This workshop will provide a basic overview of the tools and features of Communications Management. You will learn how to send a batch email using Informer and Colleague. We will also briefly discuss some of the advanced capabilities of CM, including how to automate communications on tracks. This training is appropriate for faculty and staff who are new to and not currently using Communications Management.
Intermediate Outlook introduces users to more advanced Outlook features and functionality. Topics include: rules to organize incoming mail, mobile device features including notification management, and viewable folders.
